  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.

Information from others: We may receive information from our service providers (for example, fraud prevention or shipping updates) and from advertising or social media partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process and ship your orders, and handle exchanges, store credit, and claims.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide customer service and respond to your questions.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other service messages.
  • Send marketing emails or texts, if you have chosen to receive them (you can opt out at any time).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:

  • E-commerce platform: [Shopify] hosts our store and processes information to operate it. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payment processors: [Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe] to process payments and prevent fraud.
  • Shipping carriers: [USPS, UPS, FedEx] and shipping-label services, to deliver your orders.
  • Marketing and analytics providers: [e.g., Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, Klaviyo, Shopify Email, SMS provider] to send messages, measure site performance, and show ads.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some states consider sharing data with advertising partners through cookies or pixels to be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising.” See Section 9 for how to opt out.

4. Email and Text Messages

  • Email: If you sign up for our emails, we will send news, restocks, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send transactional emails about your orders.
  • Text messages: [If applicable] We send marketing texts only to people who have expressly opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and [our cookie banner/preferences tool]. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising for that browser, where required by law. We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals. You can also learn about opting out of interest-based ads at https://optout.aboutads.info and, for Google Analytics, at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain your account, handle claims and store credit, comply with tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. [Example: order records are kept for [7] years for tax purposes.]

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and our checkout is encrypted. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account password private.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
